have you! Our dances are on the second and fourth Saturday nights of
each month starting at 7:30 P.M. and ending at 10:00 P.M., leaving you
time to enjoy one of the many restaurants in Solon. Our location
is convenient and easy to find. Just a half mile north of Rt
422 on the corner of Rt 91 (SOM Center Road) and Sherbrook Park. Enter
off Sherbrook. We look forward to seeing you around one of our squares and enjoying dancing with the Hubs. |

Welcome to the web site of The Hubs Square and Round
Dance Club of Geauga County, Ohio. We are a Plus-level Square
Dance Club with Round Dancing between tips. You'll find us at
the
Solon Community Church in Solon, Ohio (see
map) on 2nd and 4th Saturdays at with
dancing starting at 7:30 PM for 2½ hours. Check

Club History

Our first members originally came from the Broken
Wheel Square Dance Club in neighboring Lake County Ohio. About 1970, a
large group of residents from Geauga County (Ohio) split off to form The
Greasy Hubs, which was later shortened to just The Hubs, thus explaining
the origin of our name. Since that time our dances have been held in the
Geauga County area. |
